So this isn’t the most heinous or even most rude customer but I still hate his guts when I see his cuck boy virgin ass walking in. He always orders a regular coffee. Whatever. But then he orders STEAMED half and half. But he will WATCH the register numbers and MAKE SURE he will NOT be charged on his half and half. Cause god forbid you have to pay for someone having to interrupt someone on bar to steam your fucking half and half. He’ll also stand behind the bar and stare at you and be like ‘oh yeah and just put the rest of the half and half in a small cup for me “ like. It’s not major requests but he comes and does this shit during peak and will make a big fuss if we charge for labor and he fucking makes me so mad. You can be the nicest person in the world and still be an asshole

We have people.who do this. One dude wants us to add like 7 agave packets while we're at it. I literally pour just below the short line for these people so there isn't really extra.

I get it. Because most if the time the people who ask for extra things would never in their life think to tip you. They just expect to get whatever they want.

i had a lady like this that would order tea and ask for half of it to be steamed almond milk and add pumps of w/e so i rang it up as a tea latte since we had a line. she said she always gets charged just for the tea and never a tea latte, i told her this is the way to ring it up since she wants so much almond milk and she got so mad she told me she was going to pete’s. go for it. lol

We had a guy once bring in two hot cups that were time stamped at 6:31 PM. This was at 6 am and he got upset that he was not charged for a refill on the pikes he wanted. I told him nicely that refills are for the same visit only. He said “I come here all the time and they charge me for a refill when I have my own cup”. I said “the most I can do is give you a 10 cent personal cup discount” and he rudely asked my SSV why he was being charged so much. She repeated what I said and he rudely accepted and after paying and receiving his coffee “I ALWAYS get charged for a refill when I come here” and I ignored him. I watched him pull away and he had an out of state license plate. I wonder if he ALWAYS comes to my store or not

I had a customer bring in their cup for a refill. I didn’t recognize them but I had just started clocked in so I assumed they’d ordered before I got there...until I saw their sticker said “drive thru.” We’re a cafe only store.
