They did that to me last Monday and when I called back and complained the next guy just wanted to hear about why I called in the first place. Didn't even acknowledge that his colleague intentionally hung up on me.

Ohh I bet it’s a shit show for them right now. Keep us posted if they fulfill your complaints or leave you hanging bc I need to call about something but might wait out the panic until I call.
