They have lost control of the situation (as the nation has) and we are in for a catastrophe costing lives and careers. They cannot see it happening in front of them, apparently. Same with the President. We are alone in this crisis, for all intents and purposes.

Wow... at least you got someone. I held forever and got electronic prompts like talking to a bank that doesn't give a damn about me. And I was calling about an exposure too.

The trick is to mumble incoherently. That just forced them to push me over to a human. Try screaming if you can. That actually works for me. And release some tension from being on hold so long.

So no one called me back! And yesterday and right now on my lunch I’m calling. Now it’s “a good time to call me back.” I’ve lost hours over the last 2 days. You guys need to compensate me for that. I’m not using my sick/vacation time. Who the hell got through and knows anything about that? They clearly do not care that we want our hours reimbursed.

I called PCC today as well, I told them I'm scared and dunno what to do at this point and they said they'll send documents over for catastrophe pay IF my immune system was compromised. And even then they don't care. I either need to have it or be in contact with someone who has

Do you need documentation of a positive test result? I haven’t talked to them but they are saying something different than that in the weekly updates so that has me worried I thought there was a whole list of things that made you qualified like an underlying health condition or living with someone extra vulnerable and they be goin on a bit about mental health too they keep saying take care of yourself. Not sure how that is panning out yet

I'm not sure. The guy on the helpline literally said to provide documentation of ANYTHING that says you are of high risk catching OR you are positive for it.
