Eligible for parental leave? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I was told by other partners and on an initial call to Sedgwick that after being a partner for more than 90 days I would be eligible for six weeks paid parental leave, but a follow up phone call today told me I am not because I haven't worked here for a year.
Anyone else have concrete experience with the parental leave policy?

Yes I just got off my unpaid maternity leave. I had worked there for just under a year and they will only give you paid leave if you are ordered before rest and have worked there over a year, unfortunately.
