Based on what my Target friends tell me. The situation at Tarbucks is extremely bad, lots of people are leaving especially when you consider Target as an entity tends to hire younger aged(16-25). I even went last week and saw the Guest Service Lead personally making drinks(only him and one other person was there). I also have stopped by a couple times in the previous months and they are always gossiping about someone on the team leaving.(Bit awkward, the whole seating area can hear them)

While this pandemic will slow down depending on the city and state and with lockdowns, you should expect an absolute mess with training and huge rushes.

Starbucks has shown their true colors in this crisis. The company likes to hype themselves to the max when they do 1 good thing. Only to use the singular good deed to hide the plurality of horrible ones.
