I took a screenshot of a post that has since been deleted. Everyone needs to calling PCC. (i.redd.it)

I did and all they told me was that I was ineligible for the catastrophe pay.

You either have to have come in contact with someone who is confirmed to have it or have it yourself.

They don’t care if you have immunosuppressed loved ones at home.

I'm so sorry. This all really sucks. Is your manager ok calling in support of you receiving it?

This is false I’m sorry. After a conference call today, you can only get catastrophe pay if you are infected with the virus and must show proof (how? I don’t know since testing is still very limited). You can, however decide not to work and use your sick time or vacation time, which is ridiculous. Call PCC and tell them instead to offer paid sick leave without using your saved hours!

Is this for American partners only?

I honestly don't know. It doesn't seem that it's being applied evenly around the U.S. even. Some people are getting it and others in the same situation aren't. Do you have a Partner Contact Center in your country?
