Tried calling PCC and the automated message told me due to wait times they’d get back to me sometime next week. NEXT WEEK. I can’t even wrap my head around this.

I called about an hour ago and decided to wait it out on the line and it took 25 minutes. Better than scheduling out into next week but….jeez.
