Mad. Scared. Confused. Wondering why tf stores are open. What are they waiting for??? Deaths in the company??? It’s called preventative measures??! And they seem to be only taking half steps

angry and uncertain. I don’t know why we’re open. I don’t know why I’m being asked to pick up shifts at another store when we’re all being asked to practice social distancing, and when other stores that make much less than Starbucks are closing and paying their employees. We are providing a sense of normalcy during a time when nothing is normal—we should not be pretending that it is.
