They most definitely won't tell you. They are covering up as many barista confirmed cases as they can it seems.

Someone has to be friendly enough with her to find out. How did she manage to get the test?
I know my SM would tell us with double top secret status to cover everyone's behinds. My DM would ask 'What virus?'
