So if gatherings of 50 people are banned due to fears over spreading covid-19 ... How is it safe that I can gather money and hand out drinks for 800 people in six to eight hours?

The chipotle on my side of town has a sign on the door that says “no more than 5 guests at a time” and since they obviously don’t care enough to shut stores could they at least do that for sbux? I know that stores that haven’t completely shut their lobbies are getting rid of furniture but what about cafe-only stores like mine? Wtf are we supposed to do?

Nothing safe about it. If us unsafe workplace practice, and unsafe public health practice. We will be an example given in future food safety manager trainings of what NOT to do.
