Pretty sure they did it to my store too. We had a very strange guy asking a lot of questions and acting weird.

I know they have received many alarming reports from managers and baristas. I myself reported rampant code and labor violations and sick people made to work going on in many many stores. Maybe they wanted to see if we were telling the truth (we were). Partners are terrified, standards are trashed, the sanitizing routines take all time while failing to achieve actual safety...

They SHOULD see the trouble. They SHOULD recognize it started from above and fix their response ASAP and reclaim control over operations that are off the rails and a week behind.
