Yo that’s fucked up. I would say call PCC about this. That’s so wrong if she did that intentionally. I’m so sorry that you’re going through this.

I would 100% call Ethics. Not Partner Resources. In my experience, I’ve had to call Ethics after Partner Resources didn’t handle the problem. Plus they deal more with stuff like getting your hours cut. I would spend some time getting your evidence and writing down what you want to say so it’s as factual (less opinionated) as possible.

I had something similar happen but I don't think it's anything to be concerned about. In my case, my manager removed all of my shifts for the next 14 days from the schedule so she could update it for the partners working. Catastrophe pay is not something we see on our end but something that our managers manually enter into the payroll system, as far as I know. So, I wouldn't worry about it too much but ask her about it and tell her it's got you worried, she should let you know what's up.
