Conflict of Interest??? (self.starbucksbaristas)

So I have recently started looking at getting another job besides the bux and was wondering if Panera counted as a conflict on interest. While I know Panera is nothing like Sbuxs the place I am looking at is right next door.
Would this then count as a conflict of interest or am I still safe to apply and not worry about being fired?

I'm pretty sure if there was a coffee shop that was next door you could still work at both. They don't really care as long as it doesn't affect your work.
