My SM just told me that our cafe store will be doing an "extended close." Does anyone know what this means exactly or consists of? Like dumping the milks, cleaning??

No... I mean the actions of it. As in preparing the store itself for being closed extensively.

Donate! Schools will bless you, lots of kids out there need lunches. Can't imagine any shelters would turn anything down, either. Don't forget to squirrel a few pounds for yourselves.

Our store was high-risk due to location so we closed yesterday and were able to donate our milks to parents of small children. Rtde food and breakfast sammies went to nurses at the hospital working overtime. Made it a lot easier physically AND emotionally not dumping it to waste.

When my store closed down a few days ago my SM and I got a lift from corporate to follow. It had stuff like emptying ice, turning everything off and unplugging it, and tossing everything that expired within 2 weeks as well as some cleaning
