Um those are sous vide egg bites. Why do you have so many and not know what it is?? Regardless, I will help.
They’re already fully cooked. You just need to warm them somehow and I recommend browning them slightly. You can use a toaster oven or a frying pan and that’s probably best. Just get them hot and with just a hint of crispiness.
If you’re feeling lazy throw them in the microwave for less than a minute and they’re still good like that.

Thanks so much! And well, they're from the dumpster. All sbux are closed in Philadelphia indefinitely so the trash was full of these and they aren't expired yet and still cold so I took them. I don't work at Starbucks I just came here to ask about these! Thanks again!

Dang, dumpster diving behind restaurants/fast foods rly is rewarding. Every place I’ve worked out dumps out perfectly good food.

Nice find. Cook them a bit more to make sure they’re safe to eat. At least 165 degrees. If any of the bags seem to balloon up instead of being shrink wrapped don’t eat them that’s a sign of bacterial growth. I can see the date sticker says 3/20 which was their sell-by date so they’re still good in my opinion. Freeze em and they’ll last for a while.
Thanks, I hate it and my job (:

Hahaha Don't hate, appreciate! Except maybe your job, you can hate that if you want to. Good info on the food safety, thx!
Worst thing is that starbaristas always say they donate stuff and then they throw it in the trash anyway

cook 2 in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees on a baking try with cooking spray. the white ones are vegetarian egg whites with red peppers, the plain yellow ones are ham cheddar and peppers, the yellow ones with brownish/reddish on top are bacon and gruyere. best with some homemade guacamole.
