Last night we were just saying "essential" after every drink/food item. So if someone ordered a caramel frap, one of us would say "oh that's DEFINITELY essential, gotta leave the house for a caramel frappuccino." The most egregious order was a venti water and a piece of banana nut bread

I like when they order a skinny vanilla latte. U always confirm "so sugar free vanilla and non fat?" And they reply: "NO! I Wanted Almond milk and I hate the sugar free vanilla!" Lol... they almost always thank me for asking though. People are funny.
