How does the 30 days pay work? (self.starbucksbaristas)

My manager told us we get payed for our hours for the two weeks the store is closed and after that if we want pay we have to work at the two drive-thrus in our district. I was under the impression that you get payed for 30 days whether you work or not.

Your impression is right. Don't let your managers falsely inform you to keep stores open. All partners are entitled to the 30 days pay, if they opt in.

That would be a question for partner resources. My best guess is they'd average your pay from the last 6 months.
