The 30 days paid has been confirmed by my GM/DM. It’s basically if your state goes into lockdown or your store closes for whatever reason, you get 30 days of pay

Not just under those circumstances. If you feel unsafe coming to work you can take it. Your state doesn’t have to be on lockdown and your store doesn’t have to be closed
