You are not required to get your shifts covered if you take the 30 days. Too many SMs and DMs are either not informed or straight up lying. It's not surprising considering how terrible corporate is about effective communication to stores. If you and your coworkers don't feel safe working, please talk to your SM again and tell them that you know what they're saying is not true. Reference the message we all got emailed/texted last night. Everyone has the choice to work or not. If enough partners at a store choose this option then the store will close.

You should document this because it's against company policy to make partners find their own coverage when they're sick. Contact PCC about stuff like this. Yet another reason we need to unionize.
