I think it is the morally correct thing to do to help prevent the spread of the virus. They’re paying us, there’s no reason not to take it.

If things are going to go way longer than thirty days, if you dont trust the government to bail the people out sufficiently, if you have a good immune system, and you think drive thrus may be closed eventually anyway and then all options for pay could end up exhausted... well that all adds up together for a compelling case to work in a drive thru for the time being.

That’s actually why I’m still working at my drive thru store, and a few other partners at my store. Who knows how long we’ll be shut down for when it happens.
