If I was scheduled for 28 hours next week but I took some people’s shifts so I could get 38 hours, but then I take the 30 days off, Would I get paid for the 28 hours or the 38 hours?

If you take your 30 days cat pay before working shifts you picked up youll only get your average weekly pay... Everyone is getting it. Those who work will get more of they work more hours than their average weekly
