Had a lady today doin this type shit and I was so mad. Me and the other girl working were so not having her shit. She even said she tried to make the drink at home after complaining that it “wasn’t right” even though there was nothing wrong with the drinks

She got two of the salted honey cold brews with no ice (my store doesn’t have nitro brew but I think that’s what she’s used to or something) and then she complained about the cold foam. It wasn’t thick enough, didn’t taste right..... I don’t think she’d ever even had that drink but I’ve seen her get a salted cream cold foam cold brew before so I think she was expecting that

Yeah, unless you spend the time to get cold done right it's going to be "off" anyway. I bet she just made coffee and stuck it on the fridge.
Sidebar : I've become quite good at the sweet cream and sweet cream foam. My first attempt led me to discover industrial strength whipped cream. 🤦♀️ I didn't realize y'all use a mix of milk & heavy cream. So I just threw syrup & heavy cream in my kitchenaid and spun that bitch up. Since y'all walk off, so did I.
I came back to solid whipped cream. Thought nothing of it, scooped it out and tried to enjoy my coffee. IT. WOULD. NOT. MELT. Not even in hot coffee. 30 minutes later I gave up and just ate it with a spoon. This is why I leave my favorite drink to y'all.
...Well, except for right now. I'm keeping my ass at home because y'all don't deserve the stress.

Bless you for staying home, seriously, a lot of our customers are leaving their homes just for Starbucks, which is really not okay. But yeah in the salted honey cold brew, the cold foam is actually made with nonfat milk, not sweet cream, which is why it’s a nasty drink. She was so unnecessarily rude to us and I was NOT having it
