Since we are getting paid for the next 30 days can I still use my sick hours so I can get maxed out hours? I could really use the extra cash lol

I had a vacation scheduled for the first week of April, that i obviously cancelled and my SM told me that since I’m taking the catastrophe pay that I can’t use my vacation hours so I just have to deal with getting paid significantly less for one week.

Awe man that sucks :/ I spoke with my manager and apparently I can use my sick hours to max out to 40 hours
