as you all know we got the email saying that whether you choose to work or stay home you will be paid for the next 30 day right? i don’t know if i’m overthinking or not but they guaranteed for the parters who are WORKING that they would get PAID for the next 30 days, BUT what’s going to happen after those 30 days? at this point i’m overthinking everything and these past few days have been rough mentally, i just don’t want to feel like i will lose everything :(

No body knows what’s gonna happen after the next 30 days at this point. What we do know is you can take your 30 day leave and get paid what you were scheduled, then they’ll average your remaining time. If you choose to continue to work, you get paid an extra $3 an hour for staying on. Qualifying BEN hours have been lessened so we can keep our benefits. It’s a day to day adjustment at this point!

We know for sure (so far) that if you need to after those 30 days, you can use your sick time if you have any. I’m sorry it’s been rough on you, I completely understand. The instability is really hard to deal with. Your fellow partners are all here for you

Everyone's unsure but I know they won't leave millions of partners without options. Keep your head up :)
