If it helps at all, going from full capacity to DT only has slowed down my store IMMENSELY. if you dont feel safe, you dont feel safe. They'll survive.

I feel the same way. I'm really struggling with it too :( it's a super complicated situation and it feels like such a burden to have to make this decision. I don't have any advice I'm just here to commiserate lol, I hope you're well and I know that we will all get through this together as partners 💚

At the end if the day, one less person in public right now can save lives. The people who choose to stay choose to stay.

I know how you feel, I didn’t want to disappoint my coworkers either.. but you have to realize that you’re health and your family’s health comes before your job. Also you’ll be getting paid! Take advantage! The coworkers will be fine, in fact they should all do it too

You have to do what's best for you. I know partners from other cafe only stores that have opted to come to my store so they can still work. For a little bit we ran the store with only 2 people and we did fine people are ok waiting they understand.
