poor display of leadership from your manager

You are not wrong, your manager is for making trying to guilt you into staying. The letter from Rossann clearly says that it's the partner's choice if they want to work or stay home. Be firm and polite with your SM and tell them that it's your choice to stay home and protect yours and others health.

You are right. Your choice is valid. Your concerns have merit. The company leaders have spoken clearly and unambiguously. Be well, be safe, be back to work when it's right for you.

You’re not wrong at all!! When the text came out I was on the fence, then my store closed altogether and then that’s when it was like ok I’m taking it. I’m older and have an autoimmune disorder, and I have a 69 yo mom that lives with me that has lung issues already. And I have two children, I took it.

I know of people who didn't even know the 30 days is an option up to today. This is not a dick move.
