The question I have for all of you is which week is the company going to base our average hours for the next 30 days?

From what I was told, it’s the average of however many hours you worked between Feb 3 - March 1.

That’s what I’ve been hearing too but my manager told me that it was last week or 2 weeks ago. This is why I’m confused lol

According to the new change in the catastrophe pay (the extension to be exact), the new timeframe is Feb 3 - March 1. What your SM told you was correct, but only if the changes didn’t occur. You can call PCC and they should be able to confirm the new dates for you!
