Starbucks Baristas -

Since I’m not making any money right now because of the whole virus craze, I was hoping one of you beautiful souls could walk me through making my favorite Starbucks drink at home. This is the order I’d like to replicate:

Venti Iced Coffee
No Classic
Add Cream, White Mocha, and Toffee Nut

Any advice would be so appreciated. Thanks! 😍☺️😘

There’s not a whole lot of substitute for TN syrup out there. In terms of WM, I find the one from Ghirardelli to be the best. Or if you can stomach it, get condensed milk as the one stop solution. That way you don’t have to get WM sauce AND cream.
For the iced coffee, if you have a bag of Yukon or Kenya, that’d be best. Double up on the recommended amount of coffee per water. Then pour that over ice equal to the amount of water. Good luck. Let me know if you have more questions.

Do you happen to have the torani syrups for toffee nut and white mocha? I know they sell them, but basically just make some iced coffee or buy it and add the syrup first to the cup. (If you get a grande the default is four pumps per syrup, venit is 6) but since you probably don’t have pumps maybe like 4-5 teaspoons? Anyways, add the flavoring, iced coffee, ice and then cream on top. If you don’t have the syrup, I think target sells Starbucks creamers in both white mocha and toffee nut flavors, just use those as substitutes for the syrup and cream. I hope that was a little helpful!

Do not get the WM creamer. One of my regulars tried it and she said it was nasty! 😅

I would just get any coffee make it add ice, find some sort of toffenut flavor and then the only thing I know that is white mocha is actually alcohol, it’s Godiva white mocha (rum I think) it’s a creamer. But if u don’t mind a little day drinking then it would be a good substitute. If you cant find any of that, try mixing any flavored stuff you like with the coffee while it’s hot and add ice and cream and u should be 👏👏

People who like our iced coffee really enjoys it flavor. And the only one that came close making it at home is Kenya, according to a seasoned coffee master. Also you need to think about the proportion to get the right flavor profile. Iced coffee done right takes skills and care. It cannot be haphazard.

Maybe do a pour over if u can it just makes it so u can make the coffee as strong or weak as you want . Changing the strength of the coffee using a pour over thing would be a lot easier
