New hire, store closed (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi, I’m a new hire for Starbucks and was supposed to start my first day of training Monday March 30th. I don’t have my parter numbers yet to long into the hub, and no one from my store has contacted me, however I know that they are closed down due to COVID 19. I’m confused on what to do since I can’t get in contact with anyone. Anybody have suggestions on how to proceed?

Try calling PCC for the contact info for your district?

Do you have anyone’s number ? Managers number? Email? Use whatever contact info you have to clarify information.

I only had a store number, and now that it’s closed I have no contact information for anyone at the store.

All the store managers know each other in the area so call other stores near it

Try calling surrounding stores that are still open and get the information that way!
