Last week, the day before the mass text was sent out, my store was closed and I was asked if I wanted to take the 30 days or not. I'm in a really interesting situation because my SSV was out for personal reasons before the pandemic so our store has been getting help from others. I took the crisis pay since live with my elderly mother and I was worried about exposing her. I called the PRC and they informed me that the process is alot like when you use sick pay but I haven't heard anything from anyone since then. What am I supposed to do? Just wait until my paycheck is supposed to come in or talk with someone?
