Why would you? You're not working.

I mean youd get tips for whatever hours you are actually in the store. If you dont work for a week but but were to get 10 vacation hours, or the company paid you hours why would you get the tips?

While its everyone's choice, it doesn't seem fair to those actually at the store and taking risk to share tips with those who arent and are getting paid anyway.
