So, I was working DTO today and I had a customer order three drinks. A hot white mocha, a hot caramel macchiato, and a cold brew. He made it very clear that he wanted the first two drinks hot, and then goes “does the cold brew come hot?” I don’t think I’ve ever been so bamboozled by a question. 🙃

Steamed cold brew is actually the best hot coffee!!! It has amazing flavor but loses much of its acidity due the the cold brew process.
