Step 1. Count all the tips for the week. Use the cash master to speed up the counting process
Step 2. Print out a tip distribution report (find it on teamworks, I think they recently renamed it) I think you have to be at least an SSV to have access to that report.
Step 3. Do some math: at the bottom of the report is the total number of hours worked in your store. Divide that by the amount of tip money you took in. This gives you the hourly tip rate. Multiple the hourly tip rate by the amount each barista worked to get each partners tips for that week.
There are some variations from store to store, so ask a SSV what the process is for your store if you don't know.

Did you add up all the money then divide it by total hours To get the hourly rate, then dispute it according to everyone’s hours?

Oh yeah I did everything I was supposed to do I just feel like I missed something because it was my first time and my manager didn’t really help..

You should be fine! My first time my store manager printed out the paper and we had to minus some hours so she didn’t give me an updated one so once Everyone’s tips were done I had a ton of money left over and I freaked out lol. So I just had to figure out on my own! Lol
