incentives for canadian partners? (self.starbucksbaristas)

can’t seem to find an answer to this anywhere so... does anyone know if the extra $3/hr and other “incentives” for working instead of taking cat pay extend to canadian partners? or is there literally nothing encouraging us to keep working? tried to check the canadian website for starbucks news and the rest of it but haven’t seen anything.

Canadian partner here. The 3 dollar raise applies to us as well.

I know we don't usually get food markouts but apparently in the States they're allowed an extra one per day? Also, their discount was bumped to 50%? Any idea if these have rolled over to us too? (maybe this is too much wishful thinking haha)

As far as I know the $3/hr temp raise IS the incentive.
Edit: Which is to say I think that’s the only one aside from changes being made to the eligibility requirements of the CUP fund. (not an incentive to work, just something they did.)

Honestly, I'm still really new so I'm not sure if I've missed seeing my store's updates or if we're just not being told much? But I know that there was an official announcement for American partners saying that they would be given a raise ($3). I guess my confusion wasn't from not knowing what the incentives would be, rather just me not knowing if Canadian workers would get the same benefits? 🤷♀️

i checked! no daily mark out but we still get our weekly coffee 🥺 & idk why some people aren’t able to get the 50% discount but it should come up when you mobile order or whatever!

i’m pretty sure no, but i think our discount was bumped up to 50%, or at least through the app. will check with my shift and/or manager if i can though
