Had a soccer mom come in 5 minutes before close and order SIX Trenta Lemonades with no ice and 8 pumps of Raspberry, FIVE Berry Hibiscus refreshers all double blended with varying amounts of berries, ice, and water, SEVEN FUCKING CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS, and a Mocha Cookie Crumble just to top it off.
She drove two hours just to come to our store.
She also paid with NINE DIFFERENT STARBUCKS CARDS THREE OF WHICH WERE
R E C O V E R Y C A R D S.
AFTER WHICH SHE STILL OWED 19 DOLLARS AND 56 CENTS
AND SHE GAVE ME A 20

A customer called ahead the other day and had us pull $650 in retail coffee (whole beans and VIA) and then when he came through the drive-thru he paid with-and I’m not exaggerating- 50 individual gift cards of $10/$15 value
He was at the window 6 minutes paying and we still had to pull him forward to put it in his car and we already had a 14 car stack before he pulled up that proceeded to cuss me out when I went window to window to explain 🙃
