Would I get paid more if I pick up shifts and take the catastrophe pay?

It depends on what your average pay was from the last week of February and the first week of March vs how much you’re working while it’s going on. For me, the difference between not taking it and taking it is like $100-150 per week

I did the math for myself and would be making the same amount since I worked more hours in Feb-March than I’m scheduled for now.
(Minus the extra tips I’m sure they’re getting but oh well)
