Catastrophe pay covers shifts that you were scheduled but ***don't*** work. The $3 bonus covers any shifts you do work.

Actually they changed it because they changed the schedules and those schedules didn’t reflect regular pay. Now it’s your average pay of last year. So I was scheduled 23 hours for one week now all 4 weeks I’m getting 37 hours.

So it's the average pay of last year or average between Feb 1st and March 1st? Sorry to ask, but no one at my store is communicating anything. Honestly I don't even know if it is open

Sorry, so the Partner Hub actually says it’s February 3rd to March 1st. I had to double check what my SM told me. But everything so far is updated on the partner hub but regarding your store being open or closed is up to the communication of your SM. I’m sorry you have to go through this :( it’s a really confusing and frustrating time
