So i’m on the thirty day pay and i decided to go back to work. the days i don’t work will i still get paid that day.

My understanding is no. If you get put on a schedule whether it's 4 hrs or 40 you'll get paid acc to that; otherwise it's cat pay for 30 days

you still get paid based on your average hours from feb-march. from my understanding if you usually worked 30 hours and you only work 5 hours, you’ll get paid for 30 hours plus $3/hr for the 5 hours you were actually on the floor working? if you work your usual 30 you will get paid 30 + $3/hr. and you can get as much overtime as you want
