Customers really be coming through the drive through when it’s busy as hell, and have the audacity to order 4 Frappuccino’s and then stare you down through the window as we struggle to make them all in under one minuet.

Extra stressors. It sucks to be on the receiving end of it, but at the end of the day they're human and are venting built up stress inappropriately.
