It’s for those who aren’t working also. Like me, being in the paid leave, can go to any bux that’s open and get a marked out food item and beverage.

I also don’t think that they legally can. They’re afraid of lawsuits as well.

Yep! Just inform your manager if you want to extend your cat pay to May 3rd, otherwise they’ll be expecting you back before then.

you will be paid whether you work or not up until may 3rd. so if you want to go on leave, you have to go now because it only lasts until may 3rd

just to clarify are you saying that the paid leave is until May 3rd and by “extending the 30 day catastrophe pay” they mean that they’re letting us take until May 3 regardless of whether or not we’re already on leave?
