Is anyone else just feeling completely exhausted from working open to close so much? My stores hours are currently 7am-3pm but I’ve been doing a lot of closing shifts so I either start at 7 or 8 and My coworkers and I are just EXHAUSTED. I’m just curious if anyone else feels this way.

Absolutely, we’re working nearly 40 hours a week in a high demand job of customer service/fast food. But I’d take it any day over sitting at home doing nothing.

Me too. Work is the only going out I do and my coworkers are keeping me sane.

Reason why I am trying to pick up shifts! My cafe closed and have been home losing my mind! Can’t wait to get back to making drinks

I'm at home but I'm certainly not sitting around doing nothing. I've worked out every morning, started an Etsy shop, cleaned my garage, defrosted, cleaned and organized my freezer, detail cleaned my kitchen (think inside drawers), enjoyed plenty of gardening time, am trying to learn French and heck if I haven't enjoyed that break from custies. Just saying, those of us on cat pay aren't lazy bums. 😉

I never said you were. I was going to go from working 57 hours a week to maybe 4 because I have three jobs and two of them shut down. I picked up as many hours as I could because I’m not a home body and couldn’t stand the thought of being stuck at home all day. Thanks for your input though.
