okay so i didnt take the cat pay because i thought i would be fine working but my manager knows i havent been working my second job and im only getting 11.25 hours instead of my 22-25 hours. im one of the only ones getting this little hours. so my question here is would i be benefited by taking the cat pay now ? or is it not worth it ? also just to add on, i work next to a hospital that has had multiple people come in and test positive.

I think your cat pay is based on your average hours over the past 3 weeks / past month.
If the 11hrs/week thing is new you could potentially benefit. Remember also you’re getting an extra $3/hr for the hours you are currently getting, so if you do the math and it pans out, may be worth looking into.
