You will pull the draw out and dump the coffee ground, the tray that drains everything just pops out, unscrew the steaming wand and unscrew the spout (the thing that the shots come out of) you just put your hand under it and you’ll feel the knob to unscrew it. Then just wash every thing and put it back.

Before you put the tray back in if you look inside the machine you’ll see a little key that you turn and take out so you can put the cleaning tablets in it. 2 goes in there and you put it back then put the tray back in and the machine will tell you to press rinse so the clean cycle can start.

Open the grounds drawer. There’s a key inside. Twist and pull it out and then there’s this cylinder container, I think it’s labeled Cafiza Tablets. Two should be able to slip inside the key. Replace the key back into the machine. Push Rinse. Clean cycle takes about 10 minutes

I'm alone and no one has taught me to clean the machine. I'm so embarrassed!
