Kiosks in grocery stores are still open?! Shouldn't be an in-out situation for groceries or are you in the US?

Oh we’re under a stay home order from our governor, who has now set orders to limit people in establishments. But since my store manager decides if we’re open or not, we’re still open. Half of our customers come just for the coffee. But tomorrow the store is implementing the procedure of limits- including employees working. Can’t wait to see that. But when people don’t listen to our governor’s orders, he cracks down to show them.
