Anyone else who decided to stay and work suddenly hating going to work everyday and seeing the same god damn line of stupid people getting stupid drinks for no essential reason?????? We arent a grocery store, we have nothing you cannot live without. Just go home! (Rant not over, but I'm on my lunch and dont want to waste the whole time on THEM).

It’s why I took the 30 days. I felt so irritated and working wasn’t worth the chest pain and anger.

Same here, got so resentful before I left for leave.

Same, I was even starting to dislike some of the regulars who I normally like. Like stay the fuck home.

Yeah, all the nurses, doctors, and cops that would normally come through couldn’t because the line was so long and they didn’t wanna risk it anyway, so what’s the point?

Same, I worked a week and took the CatPay, duck that shit

This is exactly why I took my cat pay. I knew the entitlement and disrespect from customers would be much more RAMPANT than it already is on a regular basis, and I’m not trying to get arrested for shoving a venti mocha cookie crumble frap up karens twat lmaooo

A whole ass mood lmaoooo

Yup that perfectly sums up why I took cat pay as well

At my store we get a lot of nurses, officers, etc, as regulars so I don’t mind seeing them and a few others come through. But as for everyone else I just get so annoyed. It’s gotten to the point that for the 10 or so minutes a day I have to be on DTR I ask everyone I see what they’ve got going on (in your standard, corporate friendly way) just to know if I should be mad at them or not. Heavily considering taking the leave since they extended it.

It's absolutely insane how my store has a line wrapping around the building when we close at 7 when we would never have that many people before the pandemic
Tarable-03 [OP]3 points3y ago
My store is a pretty busy store regardless, but you are correct. We're also closing at 7 because more than half our staff bailed and we just can't stay open full time. It's gotten better towards closing where we only have like 6 cars in line. But we'll get anywhere from 12 to 14 cars just constantly in line. None of the shit they're getting is essential. It irks me.

I stayed for my baristas but I’m currently on quarantine because someone tested positive at my fiancé’s work and I feel so bad for leaving them
