I'd say 50+%, although it'll depend on region. Probably closer to 75% factoring in closed stores.
People shouldn't / aren't going out as much and the commuter customers aren't visiting anymore. I assume food sales are also down, as well as merch, home coffee and impulse purchases from the cafe.

Where I live there are 3 stores open and all of them have nonstop drive thru lines

IMO the high volume downtown stores tend to be the most profitable due to volume and the customer base.
When I worked stat holidays with steady / heavy DT and cafe volumes, we only did about $7-10k per day and that's including cafe. I don't imagine throughput is significantly higher with DT only although high average checks might be helping... So even though DT is constantly busy, it might not end up being that much revenue.

my store is actually the only one in the district currently still making a profit, everyone else is in the red. so not good is my guess

As a shift, my store is currently about down by about 20-30% each day, but our hours have also been reduced from 17hrs each day to 12hrs.
