We have a lady who orders and iced venti green tea latte with soy and VERY light ice. She asked if she could order 14 of them for two weeks but us not mix anything. We ended up doing the math and sold her 5 boxes of soy and a pouch of matcha for $80. Quick way to move product and reduce contact.

Definitely not. That’s what she wanted, we gave her a spoon to measure it and everything. My company would have wanted us to adapt and make her happy and not turn down an $80 sale.

We took the volume of milk that comes in her drink and multiplied it by 14 then figured how many cartons it was and same for matcha powder. She could just make them at her leisure.

I made this same drink about two weeks ago! A little Asian woman picked it up and said there was supposed to be two of them, but the sticker said one of one. I c u tryna get ur free shots lady. Smh

Yeah we'd have groups of people coming in and getting like 6 shots of espresso, 6 pumps white mocha then using all our half and half to fill up the rest :)

From what I've been told by someone who orders it, shots of espresso over ice with pumps of white mocha tastes a lot like iced Vietnamese coffee. So I don't think it's a racist observation! Just noticing a preference for a drink similar to one commonly drank in a certain culture/community.

people just need to get espresso machines at this point, i have one I bought for 60$ and it works great. saves a lot of extra money as well since you buy beans in bulk.

I got the Delonghi EC155, which i’m now seeing online for $100 instead of $60. I would say you can only use very small cups or espresso shot glasses when brewing, the steamer works great for me as well.

Had a customer once ask how many shots we can fit into a grande cup. 16oz cup 16 1oz shots. So we did it. He also asked if he could have 16 pumps white mocha. We obliged in a separate cup. He was passing through on a road trip, pretty sure he was sipping the white mocha as a chaser to his shot
