I know you guys see a lot of these questions. So I took the cat pay the day the option was given. I know it’s based off of the hours we normally work and it’s normally 25-30 hours per week. When I looked at my paystub it said 21 for that week since the first week in that pay period I worked what was scheduled. Did any of your paychecks match the average worked in February ? Or are they going off of the average pay for baristas in general which is about 20 hours? Just confused as I have bills but live with someone who is 66 and beat cancer twice and working would be risky. I don’t want to bring anything home but I also want to be able to pay my bills.

You take the average amount of hours you worked from Feb 1- Mar 3, or whatever that first and last pay period is. If you weren’t employed or working during that time, it goes to the 20 for barista and 28 for ssv. But your pay will be based off the average hours you worked in Feb. mine has reflected that

My average was 27 and it said 20 hours for catastrophic pay.

Talk to your manager. We had a call with our DM and that’s just what he said

Apparently it's just 20 (maybe a little more) across the board unless you're a shift. That's what another SM told me, anyway.

I read something about it going off your prior pay periods worked hours and then after that it averages all your weekly hours
