One time I forgot I took a sheet of cookies out of the oven and picked it up without thinking about it. The weights we use to keep the paper linings down were so hot they stuck to my thumbs when I dropped the cookie sheet. I’m the reason we made a new first aide kit, which includes a very large bottle of aloe Vera burn gel with my name on it.
