Starbucks really needs to consider modifying our menu during this time because the longer we have Frappuccinos and Pink Drinks on the menu the more Karen and her daughter Karen #2 are gonna keep coming to our stores because “I just had to have my coffee and get out of my house” like the whole point of our government telling us to stay home to stop the risk of spreading COVID-19. And yes I can just take the Cat Pay and not worry but I need the extra money.

i feel this but at the same time i don’t want to have to explain to karen 100 times that i cannot make their venti quad upside down caramel frappuccino with soy, a splash of heavy cream, .5 pumps mocha, .5 pumps toffee nut, double blended in a tall cup with cinnamon powder and extra whip. i just can’t.

One of my favorite customers is a nurse who’s waiting in our drive every morning when we open for a venti caramel Frappuccino with 2 shots. She always tipped well before all of this and now leaves a 5 or 10 every day. I would totally break the rules for her. Maybe just limit the amount of drinks/modifiers that can be ordered in drive.

I haven’t gone to Starbucks in weeks because it’s not essential. I do though have to make more regular trips to the grocery store due to my diet/allergies than others self isolating so I try to be as careful and mindful as possible of others. I’ve been seeing a lot of people talking on this thread about how Starbucks isn’t essential for most yet their stores are still running. Do baristas prefer that previously frequent customers like myself continue to not go or do you guys want us to go and show our support by tipping since times are hard right now

Same a customer asked if we had limited options cause of what’s going on and unfortunately we aren’t but this time a bad idea like get rid of foams and just have the basic espresso and coffee drinks and some fraps
